Logispark Resource Management (LRM) Privacy Policy

LRM is an office resource Management mobile application designed to streamline employee attendance, leave, and internal communication.
1. Data Collection & Purpose
We collect only the data necessary to provide HRM services:
- Identity: Name, contact details, and employee ID for account management.
- Location: Used strictly for geofenced attendance verification (Clock-in/out).
- Media/Files: Used for uploading profile photos or supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates for leave).
- Device Data: OS version, unique identifiers, and logs for security and crash analytics.
2. Mobile Permissions Disclosure
To ensure full functionality, LRM requests access to the following:
- Location (Fine/Coarse): Required only at the moment of attendance check-in/out to verify location-based site entry.
- Camera & Storage: Access is requested only when a user chooses to upload a document or take a profile photo.
- Push Notifications: Used for real-time alerts regarding leave request approvals and company updates.
3. Data Security & Storage
Your data is protected using industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256.
- Access Control: We enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Only your authorized HR administrators have access to your sensitive attendance and leave records.
- Third-Party Disclosure: We use Firebase (for notifications) and cloud hosting services (e.g., Google Cloud/AWS) that adhere to global data protection standards. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active within your organization. Upon employment termination, data is archived or deleted in compliance with local labor laws and your employer’s internal data retention policy.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Because LRM acts as an agent for your employer, please contact your company's HR department to initiate these requests.
